Force India will not announce their second driver when they unveil their new car on 1 February.

The midfield outfit is one of just two teams who have yet to finalise their line-up for this year's Championship.

At present Jules Bianchi and Adrian Sutil are the frontrunners with bookmakers like Paddy Power to partner Paul di Resta.

However, fans, and people who like to bet on F1, should not expect an announcement when the team launches their 2013 car, the VJM06, in the UK.

"No," deputy team boss Bob Fernley told Autosport when asked if the team would name their second driver at the event. "The launch is to launch the VJ06."

The team, though, could reveal their second driver just a few days later as Fernley said the announcement would be made "probably before the first test."

Testing gets underway at the Jerez circuit on 5 February.
