Karthikeyan makes it five

Narain Karthikeyan has brought the number of HRT drivers penalised in India to two and the overall number to five.

The Indian racer, who is replacing Tonio Liuzzi for this weekend's inaugural Indian Grand Prix, was found guilty of the stewards of impeding Michael Schumacher in Q1.

With the Mercedes GP driver down in 18th place and on his final - and all-important - flying lap he came up behind Karthikeyan through Turns 10 and 11.

However, instead of moving over, Karthikeyan blocked the German, incurring a five-placed grid-slot penalty.

His penalty comes in the wake of Daniel Ricciardo's, the Aussie being hit with a penalty for a gearbox change.

Prior to the HRT punishments, both of which came on Saturday, Vitaly Petrov, Lewis Hamilton and Sergio Perez also penalised.
