Sebastian Vettel and Indian driver Narain Karthikeyan have buried the hatchet after a recent spat over a collision at the Malaysian GP.
Vettel's Red Bull and Karthikeyan's HRT collided three weeks ago after the German overtook the backbencher.
The incident cost Vettel, who was in fourth place at the time, a place in the points and the frustrated champion labelled Karthikeyan an "idiot" and "cucumber."
Karthikeyan responded by naming Vettel a "cry baby."
"We have talked and he has apologised," Vettel said on Thursday, with Karthikeyan also saying that they have made peace.
"For me it was a racing incident and we've spoken to each other so it should be okay," the Indian said.
Vettel said that there was no further bad blood in their meeting and that these incidents can happen.
"Of course I was upset, I am ambitious," said Vettel, who also said that he can understand the difficult life of slower drivers.
"Of course its shitty to look into the rear mirror all the time while at the same time trying to drive your own race. But you must still keep track of things," Vettel said.
