Kazuki Nakajima is gearing up for his first full season in F1 having been appointed Williams' second driver for the 2008 season.
He impressed during the 2007 GP2 series, earning the Rookie of the Year title after finishing joint fifth in the title race.
His performances in the series earned him the opportunity to test for Williams and it wasn't long before he got his first taste of Formula One having replaced Alex Wurz at Williams for the 2007 season-ending Brazilian GP.
It proved to be a bittersweet debut. Although the Japanese driver clearly displayed impressive pace, a pit-stop error resulted in two of his mechanics being sent to hospital.
However, the team have still opted to sign Nakajima for the 2008 season where he will partner the highly-rated Nico Rosberg.
