Nico Rosberg is hoping to "take something positive away" from this weekend's European Grand Prix.
Williams have slumped to seventh in the Constructors' Championship with Rosberg and team-mate Kazuki Nakajima occupying 12th and 13th place respectively in the Drivers' Standings.
Nakajima's eighth-place finish in the British Grand Prix was the last time the team scored points.
However, Rosberg believes they have every reason to be optimistic about the race on the streets of Valencia.
"Valencia is a grand prix I've been looking forward to as it's not only a new circuit, but a new street circuit," the German said.
"From what I've seen and read about it, I think it'll be a great track to race on so I can't wait for the weekend to start.
"The atmosphere will no doubt be fantastic as well because the Spanish have a real passion for Formula One.
"Valencia should be a track that suits our car, so I'm hoping we'll have a good race and take something positive away from Spain."
Nakajima echoed his team-mate's comments.
"The new track looks great and should be really interesting to race on," he said.
"As at Monaco and Montreal, our car goes well at these kinds of tracks, so I'm hoping we'll put in a good performance there."
